Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about putting circus artistry in the room — and if you don’t see your question, just ask.

Booking basics.

How far in advance should I book?+

As early as you can — popular dates (holidays, October through December, wedding season, etc.) fill up well in advance. That said, last-minute requests are always welcome; reach out and we'll see what's possible.

How does pricing work?+

Every event is quoted individually based on the acts, performance length, number of artists, location, and production needs. Share your details and you'll receive a customized proposal.

What happens after I reach out?+

We'll talk through your event, recommend the right performances for your space and schedule, and send a proposal. Once booked, we coordinate logistics directly with you and your venue or planner.

My venue has paperwork requirements. Can you handle that?+

Yes — tell us what your venue needs when you inquire and we'll sort out the documentation and technical details together.

Venues & rigging.

Does aerial entertainment require ceiling rigging?+

Traditional suspended aerial apparatuses require an approved overhead rigging point. No rigging point? A portable aerial rig allows us to bring traditional aerial performances outdoors or to venues without existing rigging points. Lollipop lyra and the freestanding stage pole are beautiful alternatives, too.

How much ceiling height is needed?+

It varies by apparatus and choreography. Ceiling clearance, floor space, rigging access, and the surrounding guest area are all reviewed before confirming a setup.

Can you perform outdoors?+

Yes — many acts work outdoors, weather permitting. Surface, wind, and safety conditions are reviewed in advance, and fire performance additionally requires venue approval.

What does the performance area need?+

A clear, level space with safe access and appropriate guest separation, kept clean and free of debris (spilled food, drinks, etc.). Exact dimensions depend on the act and are confirmed before booking.

The performances.

Can performers appear during cocktail hour?+

Absolutely — ambient sets and aerial champagne service are designed for guest arrival and cocktail hour, with performers appearing in timed rotations so the entertainment stays fresh.

Can the performance be customized?+

Yes. Music, costuming, apparatus, performance length, number of artists, and overall presentation can be developed around your event's concept, audience, and brand.

Can you provide more than one performer?+

Yes — solo artists, duos, and full ensembles, plus complete productions combining aerialists, contortionists, dancers, and specialty acts.

Is the entertainment family-friendly?+

It can be — every act has a range, from playful and all-ages to glamorous and after-dark. Tell us your audience and the presentation is styled to match.

Location & travel.

Where are you based?+

New York City — regularly performing across all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Do you travel beyond the New York area?+

Yes — performances travel nationwide and internationally depending on the event, schedule, and production scope. Travel requirements are included in your proposal.
